  6. Hey Fleurieu Girl,

Lucy Dore is my 3rd great grandmother. Her son Joseph is my 2nd g grandfather. I was interested in any other photos of the family but particularly Joseph Smith (Born 1854) and his family as I have never seen any.
    Thanks for replying!

    Vicki.

Ps. I have found Lucy, Robert and George in the 1841 census.

  7. We are also descended from Joseph Smith through his son Leonard Rowlinson Smith who is my grandfather's Dad. Leonard's siblings include Robert, Charles, Ern, Horace, Edie, Lucy, George and Ruby. Which of these do you belong to? I have a photo of all of these people as well as Eliza Rowlinson who is Joseph's first wife and his second wife Jane! Are you on facebook or would you like to share your email address? Also, could you please send me the information re: the 1841 census as I couldn't find it. Excellent to find a Smith contact!!!

  8. My great grandfather was Charles Henry and his son Ronald was my grandfather. That's great as I have never seen photos.
That is me that you have found on ancestry.com. I found the photo through another ancestry member who had it, which is how I found your blog.
The 1841 census info is on Lucy Dore's profile. Do you have a paid ancestry membership? If you don't, I do so I can send you the picture of the census if you like.

    My e-mail address is vicki.smith@live.com
